A split intake to master your energy strategy

Thanks to their convenient format in a pouch of 4 individual chews, you can split your intake according to your needs, one chew at a time, at regular intervals, depending on the intensity and duration of your effort.

• To optimise their absorption, drink one or two sips of Hydrixir Ultra energy drink after each intake.
• For the most demanding moments, the caffeinated versions — Cola and Lemon-Ginger flavours only — provide you with 80 mg of caffeine per pouch of 4 chews.

How and when should you take the Ultra Chews?

The Ultra Chews are taken during exercise:

• Target of 60g of carbs per hour: have 4 Ultra Chews, i.e. 1 full pouch, combined with 500 ml of Hydrixir Ultra energy drink over the same period.
• More advanced nutrition strategy of 90g of carbs per hour: have 8 Ultra Chews, i.e. 2 pouches, in addition to 500 ml of Hydrixir Ultra per hour.

Depending on your preferences, you can also alternate the Ultra Chews with OVERSTIMS gels, bars or purees, to vary the textures and limit taste fatigue during prolonged efforts.
