A versatile new shoe is a hybrid that delivers cross-terrain features for trail and road.

The Ghost Trail features Brooks' DNA LOFT v3 foam in the midsole. This foam is incredibly soft and innovative compared to the previous version. Nitrogen is incorporated into the cushioning material to optimize responsiveness and cushioning. 

3D Fit Print technology was used in the design of the upper. This technology adds structure in strategic locations and increases the upper's flexibility.

For excellent grip during your trail run, Brooks developed the TrailTack outsole. This outsole technology from Brooks provides excellent traction when going uphill or downhill. The TrailTack rubber in the outsole gives you optimal grip on both dry and wet terrain.
