GEL BAOUW BIO 85g

GEL BAOUW BIO 85g

Designed for intense efforts to fill up on energy: the new Baouw energy gel combines performance, naturality and pleasure.

The Baouw energy gel is made from ingredients 100% organic. The high fruit content provides you with a natural sugar without a blood sugar spike that pairs perfectly with the agave syrup. The glycemic index of this is particularly low : it is only 15. The olive oil will provide you with a source of lipids that can be directly used during effort and will help to smooth your blood sugar.

It's also very practical, thanks to its compact, easy-to-grip, resealable bottle, which means it can be taken several times. Non-sticky and free-flowing, it's easy to digest and will also help you avoid the pasty mouthfeel of a traditional energy gel.

You can consume up to 2 per hour to reach 60g of carbohydrates, alternating between taking it pure and diluting it in 500 ml of water according to your needs. It is more effective than a classic energy gel.

Gels opposed to ultra-processed gels

Les gels énergétiques classiques sont composés pour la plupart d’eau et de sirop de glucose. Ultra-transformés, leur indice glycémique est haut et n'est pas adapté pour des sports d'endurance.

With our alternative made from organic fruit and agave syrup, you can enjoy the same energy as a classic gel in the short term, while being healthy for your body. And that's without counting the taste of the fruit, unlike the flavourings used in other gels on the market, which often leave a chemical aftertaste.

2 in 1 use

This natural gel is also an innovation in terms of practicality. It can be taken neat as an energy gel or diluted in 500ml of water to make an energy drink. It's a great way to achieve the carbohydrate levels your body needs by alternating between an energy gel and an energy drink.
