FEATURES :

As a snack before training : use a bar about 1 hour before the start of your session.

During the effort : complements the action of OVERSTIM.s energy fluids, liquid meals and gels during long-distance efforts.

After the effort : 1 to 2 bars together with the OVERSTIM.s Recovery drink to be taken immediately after the end of the effort.

They can also be taken as a snack to make up for a deficient protein intake or as a stopgap.

White chocolate - red berries
Ingredients: milk proteins (whey proteins milk) and caseinates of calcium (lecithins) (milk)), white chocolate 19% (sugar, whole milk powder, cocoa butter 28%, emulsifier: lecithins (soya), natural vanilla flavouring), dextrose, bulking agent: polydextrose, fructose, oligo-fructose syrup, dried skimmed milk, stabilizers: glycerol and sorbitol, egg albumin (acid corrector: citric acid ), sunflower oil, tender red berries nuggets 1.9% (concentrated purée and juice fruits: apple juice, apple purée, strawberries, raspberries and blackcurrants purée in variable proportions 5%, wheat fibre, gelling agent: pectins, concentrated elderberry juice 1%), emulsifier: lecithins (soya), flavouring, salt, colouring agent: carmins. Made in a factory that uses: nuts, sesame.
