Hoka Mach 7 Test Run: Looking Back at Our March 9 Event

HOKA MACH 7 TEST RUN

On Monday, March 9, 2026, Running Planet hosted a special running event dedicated to the local running community: a test run of the new Hoka Mach 7.

Organized in collaboration with HOKA, the NOZO team, and Birdie Coffee, the event brought together runners who were eager to share a sporty and friendly moment while discovering this new running shoe.

A Real-World Test Run

To allow participants to fully experience the Mach 7, a 5 km run was organized. This distance provided the perfect opportunity to test the shoe in real running conditions while keeping the event accessible to runners of all levels.

During the run, participants were able to experience the key qualities of this new Hoka model: lightness, responsiveness, and comfort. Along the route, conversations and shared enthusiasm helped create a welcoming and energetic atmosphere centered around the love of running.

A Friendly After-Run Gathering

After the run, participants gathered at Birdie Coffee for a relaxed after-run moment.

With drinks and food available, runners had the chance to continue the evening by sharing their impressions of the run and their first thoughts on the Mach 7. It was the perfect opportunity to connect with fellow runners and strengthen the community spirit that defines Running Planet events.
