The Brooks Ghost 14 is an everyday neutral training shoe and is a great starting point for most runners.

In this update, the midsole has been improved to 100% DNA LOFT. This kind of midsole offers Brooks’ softest cushioning yet remains durable and doesn’t feel too squishy. This new midsole also makes for a better transition from heel to toe. The outsole has been improved for better durability. This includes the 3D stretch upper, which has much more definition and reinforcement in the toe cap. You can do a little bit of everything in the Brooks Ghost 14 and is a great shoe for beginners.
