An updated fit system lets you easily secure the strap around your waist while balancing the load in the back to prevent unwanted bouncing. 

For hydration, 2 new soft Body Bottle II's sit in the rear holsters and supply 1 L of fluid for around 1.5-2 hours on the trail. If hydration is less vital, the pouches double as secure storage for a phone or other gear thanks to the elastic drawcords. A weather-resistant pocket in the back can hold a large phone, gels, or a headlamp, while the rear shock cord lets you attach a light jacket in a pinch.
